I receive at least 3 hang-up calls from this number per week. They never leave a message, and if I happen to answer it's just dead air. If I say "is someone there?", click. It's driving me crazy! So inconsiderate. If it was a scam, as someone here suggested, wouldn't they at least try to scam me? Crazy.
