6PM on Saturday and they called 3 times in a row. I did not answer it because I don't know anyone from that area code. They did not leave a message. I will follow the instructions in this thread and hopefully they will leave me alone.

Received calls from both their numbers. Both times i told them no I do not want to participate in their survey. Now they are calling and not saying anything. Maybe hoping someone else answers. I went to their web site and followed this link. www.westernwats.com . Under the "why was i called link" there is an opt out email option. It also explains since they are not "selling anything they do not fall under the no-call telemarketing laws. Hope it works..

Called my cell at 7:19PM, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. No message left. Googled and turned up this information, so I guess I won't be answering if they call again.

We've been getting numerous calls a day for the past few weeks. We don't answer and they don't leave a message. However, one time after the answering machine picked up, a man said something about the call not trying to sell anything, then a bunch of Hello's? We submit our number to the Do Not Call list EVERY year since it started and still get these %$#%#^!! calls!

Ok. It's 8:07 and they just called my cell again. That's kind of annoying.

It's 8:43. Got another call so this time I picked up. They identified as Western Watts calling with a survey on behalf of T-Mobile, which is my cell provider. I declined to participate and asked them not to call again.
