They called saying I committed fraud and they were going to have me arrested. I told them to have a subpoena issued and a warrant for my arrest. I instructed them to file either state or Federal charges against me and to quit calling harassing and threatening me. They don't stop.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
