im getting the same calls and it says voicemail! i got it 9 times in the past 14 hours! how do i stop it!

I got my cell phone in Dec 2007. Maureen from Public Storage, Medford is calling my number asking for a Victor Perez who apparently owes money. They requested he contact 1-866-444-4747 to make a phone payment. I have received three calls thus far. I tried the 866-444-4747 and it is a payment line only. Unable to make contact with a live person.
