I received 11 phone calls in 2 weeks from 805-637-7249.Please someone tell me how to stop.

This number (805) 637-7249 keeps showing up on my Consumer Cellular bill. I never called it and I don't receive any calls from it on my call log, yet it shows up on my bill. I don't even have T-Mobile as a carrier.

The number 805-637-7249 has shown up on my Consumer Cellular bill twice for a minute each time. When I contacted Consumer Cellular I was they were legitimate calls and there was nothing they could tell me or do. I've only had the phone for a couple of weeks. No one has my number but Consumer Cellular and myself. After I charged my phone I turned it off. Now learning that this is a T-Mobile number I am wondering what is going on. I have no dealings with T-Mobile. Is this some kind of scam? If my phone is turned off, I am not making calls and no one I know has my cell phone number why am I being billed for these fraudulent and fictitious calls. I HOPE THE FCC IS TAKING NOTE OF THIS.

Same thin as Beverly above each moth getting charged for call to 805-637-7249 when in fact the phone is shut off all month. WTF. CS says the sim card is reporting these call have been made: This is BS the call log is empty. Prior owner of this number may have set up the T-Mobile voice mail for out of country roaming and now I am getting charged for this.

I keep getting calls from this phone number. How do we stop it. We get charged for minutes. What company is it? We have consumer cellular.rodmike41@yahoo.com

I have metro pcs service, but bought my Samsung note 3 at T mobile and landed up leaving them due to dropped calls etc.. Because T mobile bought out metro pcs I have this number 8056377249 locked in my call forwarding call settings. My phonever us totally hacked. 386 contacts have been exported somewhere and my Facebook name etc has been changed. So many things have been happening that I went to metro pcs and got my phone restored back to factory settings and The number is still locked in my phone. This is got 2 stop. I don't believe that this is randomly happening to people.. I believe that it is someone inside that works at T mobile and is hacking random numbers and making T mobile a lot of money and robbing from their customers. Considering this has been going on since 2008....7 years now ..WHY HAS THE FYI NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS cyber fraud and hacking????

This number showed up multiple times on a newly activated Consumer Cellular phone that had the cell number ported from AT&T. We did not call this number nor receive a call from this number.

Personal settings, when I don't answer,or I'm busy it forwards to this 805 number when I call the number it has advised it belongs to a Chuck Franco,a detective/never the less it could be the owner of the phone line who"s aggreivated with all the calls not sure but I'm on it to T-Mobile if my privacy has been compromised this is going to turn into a civil matter,Thanks you guys

I just happened to see this. On my Consumer Cellular cell phone bill. I immediately Checked it because all my calls are local, and I have no idea where area code 805 was.I will be talking to C.C. even though I know what they are going to say from previous comments. I will also inform that 1. I'm going to contact the FCC about this scam by the cell service companies. AND I think everyone who get charges for these numbers should also. I don't have roaming calls so it pure baloney they use this for an excuse.2. I will be looking for a better cellphone service company, who doesn't ignore fraudulent calls to their customers.
