I received a call from this number - initially a robo call - I click "0" and got a person (with a heavy accent, of course) It was a loan company. I told him to take me off their call list.
It's better not to answer at all. They're not going to honor your request, and you'll probably get more calls now that they know they have an active phone line with someone on the other end who is willing to pick up.
Same thing - just got a call, no VM, immediately added number to my contact named "Scam Artist" and blocked.
Robo call offered a pre-approved "no credit" business loan for $250,000.00. I hung up before being transferred...
