This is an automated/voice response call from Texas Health Resources. I called back and it said it was calling on behalf of my physician wanting me to view a health educational video. It is legit.
When I was in the hospital the doctor asked if I wanted to watch a video on how to stop smoking. So I guess this is a call concerning that situation.
