These people have called now a couple of times and I cancelled their first appointment and then they called back with a second one and we told them we weren't going to go. Still they confirmed a later date for the meeting. We don't need any upgrades, thanks. Not going to go.
Went to my 2nd "meeting", thought after the first "non-meeting" they really might have something to say. Was I ever wrong. 1st problem was "it" started late, 2nd was told it would be 10 minutes (now 20 plus minutes late). When we addressed this to "Dustin", he copped an attitude and got in my wife's face. Bad move!! We walked out, Dustin followed us out telling us were tossing away $500. He continued to shout at us when we drove out of the parking lot, even making faces at us, something you would expect from a spoiled child. Needless to say I have to agree with all of the previous comments, and we will no longer answer any callers number we do not know, nor return any calls to person saying they are 1000 Trails.
