Global Trust management is a fake fake fake company. They are harrassing me non-stop for a payday loan I never had. i called the loan place that I supposedly owed money too and they said they had never even recieved an app from me. They were rude, they cussed at me, they claimed I was refusing to pay just because I asked for documentation. All 3 individuals were not cooperative and refused to send documentation to me by mail regarding the supposed claim. Do not give them your checking account number they will rob you blind!!!

I have been getting phone calls from this Co wha o has threatened to have me arrested and calling my job please tell me what I can do to get these people to leave me alone.

I have been getting phone calls daily and others have been harassed from a company called Global Touch They have gotten her number from somewhere when she filed an application for a car. Since then she has received numerous phone calls to her cell phone and her workplace, in fact they called her job on Friday 5 times. There must be someway these people can be stopped. They are also posing as a collection agency and threatening to take her to court but they don't send any info to validate that she owes anything. They just call her job and home daily. This company has been doing this people for a long time and needs to be stopped, please if you can give me some advise to share with her please help me. I have sent a few websites to help you get a better idea of how they work.Please contact me through gmail and let me know what else can be done. Thank you

This phone number belongs to the newest form of scam running rampant throughout the country. They call, and harrass, and tell give you a nonsense claim number that doesn't belong to anything. Simply tell these people that if you are contacted again, you will report them to the FTC and file a claim against them. These people have apprently forgotten that there are laws against what they are doing, and need a nice lawsuit to help them remember. Don't give them any personal information as these people use intimidation to scare the uneducated and the weak.

I would like to thank you all for posting your comments, I received a phone call from these people today but I did not answer it b/c it looked suspicious. I called the number back and got a recording saying I had reached Global Trust Management Corp. I am really glad that you guys took the time post your comments and it has given me a heads up, and enabled me to be prepared in how to deal with these people. Thank you all very much, I will post more as this thing unfolds. I hope that I am able to give you guys some more advice.

I am starting to get calls from these people, I get a recording asking me if I am Eric and to press a number if I am. I have just hung up on this so far, so glad I found this place to get some answers. I called the number back also and got the recording telling me they were Global Trust Management.

I am really annoyed with this company calling my phone. Global Trust Management keeps calling my job and my cell phone saying that I owe money for a bill that has already been paid.

I'm getting calls from these people as well and am so glad I looked them up. Again, they're calling harrassing me. I don't owe any of them money. How do these people sleep at night?

I understand where you are all coming from. And, you are not the only ones who are being harassed. Unfortunately, the employees are harassed by management of the company themselves. I should know. We are provided scripted messages to leave, and were just called into a meeting last Friday where our manager told us that we needed to do whatever it took to get paid. And, if we couldn't do that, then we needed to quit our jobs. That is easier said than done in this economy. We have to eat, put gas in our car, pay rent, etc. somehow until a better job becomes available. And, believe me, EVERYONE of the ten or so collectors are looking for a better opportunity, with the exception of one employee there that seems to have no couth and enjoys yelling at people on the phone and threatening them. She also enjoys creating a hostile workplace for other employees at Global Trust. Unfortunately, when these issues are brought up to management, nothing is done. The company does not have an HR department. Every type of harassment violation in the company handbook has been made to our employees; yet, nothing has been done yet. As for sleeping at night, trust me, it is impossible. I am embarassed that the company i worked for is associated with so many complaints, and hopefully I will be out of there as well. I want to offer my sincerest apologies to anyone that has been made to feel violated, taken advantage of, etc.

I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this company for over 6 months. The claim they are located at 13046 Race Track Rd #105 Tampa, Fl. They are asking for my checking account information because they claim I owe $438.00 for a pay day loan I know I don't owe. I have been a collector for over 12 years and have never been trained to be rude to clients. I would really like these calls to stop. .They are calling form 813-400-2064 and 813-400-2060.
