I have used Verifacts for years. Been in the collection business for over 40 years. They provide a good service for people that have been for the must part cheated out of their money in some way. Single moms trying to get child support from dead beat dads, Landlords trying to recoup unpaid rent, after the tenant destroys the rental when served with an eviction. Unlicensed contractors cheating old people out of their money, etc.

1-815-380-9535 Said they were with verifax and called my job to verify employment and asked for my address, I confirmed both and then asked me for another phone number said my job number was the only number they had to contact me and I said do not call me at my job and who are you with, would not identify themselves said they do checks for banks and insurance companies. I said I am hanging up. 2-5-16

Sophie with Verifacts called today for my HR Department. She was verifying my employment and wanted to confirm an address which was incorrect. HR contacted me to let me know she said she would not disclose any information without my permission. The gal called me back and gave me a date of birth associated to me, it was wrong, she told me an address associated to me, again wrong, she said she found another date of birth, and I told her that was wrong too. I asked her who she was calling on behalf of as I have not filed for any credit related accounts, and I don't have any delinquent bills. She said they were calling on behalf of banks, etc. updating existing information. She ended the call by saying "we must have the wrong person" and we hung up. My call came from 8153809528

keeps calling, wants address information. Reporting them. So much for the Do Not Call List.....Will never answer phoneagain when this number and ILLINOIS appears.

CLICKED THE "ON" BUTTON AND THEN THE "OFF" AS I DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH UNKNOWN CALLERS. NEVER HEARD OF THEM - CALLER ID - Verifacts - 815-380-9515. I will file a complaint with the National Do Not Call List. I appreciate being able to file this report on unwanted, unsolicitated callers.

called my cell asks for Michelle Anderson. Told her that she had wrong number. She said sorry and hung up.

....I live in Sterling, my boyfriend lives in St. Louis. I work right across the street from Verifacts. He called and asked me if I knew this number 815-380-9515 and I said no. Typed it into the search and this came up. They've called his cell phone, house phone, etc. a few times. He didn't answer because he didn't know who they were. Sounds like they're a pretty shady place. A lot of "trash" work there, so I'd be careful who I give my personal information to, "Collection Agency" or not!

Got called twice from Verifax and asked for my name and said sorry when they were told I didn't live there.

RECEIVED A CALL WANTING TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS, I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT IN, WOULD THEY LIKE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.THEY ASKED COULD I VERIFY THE MAILING ADDRESS.
