I have to say I'm surprised you came back to defend this company further. Since you think so highly of them, though, why do you keep avoiding requests for their full name and business address?And by the way - you said "judging by what I've read they obviously legal". What have you read that leads you to believe they're legal?

They keep calling me at work and I get in trouble for it. The number they are calling from is815-380-9501
Called my work number from 815-380-9528 and said they were from Verifacts. I thought it might have to do with work, so I gave them my work address. I was surprised when she asked me my birth date! I said that is strange, but she said it's to verify she is talking to the right person. I just bought a house this year and cleaned up all my delinquent accounts. I will be surprised if I actually get any debt collection notice from this. I'm sure that we completed it all, or I wouldn't have been able to get my mortgage.
So instead of trying to pay your bills like an adult, you are going to make someone who is also just trying to pay their bills by getting your info suffer?You sure are an upstanding citizen!
