they called and left a message "April Hernandez." I called back and got a different broad on the phone and she gets upset with me because I would not give her my last name without verifying whether or not she was a spammer or smisher. When I refused to give my full name right away she says "You don't have to be rude sir" and then hung up on me. LOL. alrighty then! blocked. This is either a scam or a really poor credit collection attempt
Called twice nowsays to call back at 815-964-3087 but caller ID says815-964-7265Says name isSusan McCoy
also called from (815) 964-5823. left a message for me to call "olivia".I dont know who the hell this is.
It is from Physicians Immeadiate Care a collection agency. Just call them back they are pretty nice. In my case it was a misunderstanding.
I don’t care if it’s their job. But if you’re going to leave a message and you want the call returned they should be more specific as to why they are calling. These people call sometimes and they try to act like they have known you forever to trap you into calling them back. OR!! You call them back out of courtesy and they treat you like crap and don’t let you get a word in edge wise. Neither they nor anyone have the right to disrespect anyone over the phone. Collection personnel are not very professional if you ask me.
And has a bad phone manner. I say leave the attitude at the door on the way to work.
They aren't ALLOWED to be more specific because if someone else hears the message (from an answering machine) then they know you are in collection and what would you rather have? A private call back to find out the information, or people who have no business in your house knowing you are in collection???? There is a really super easy solution: PAY YOUR BILLS BEFORE THEY GET PLACED FOR COLLECTION. Guess what people, if you receive goods or services from someone, the RIGHT THING TO DO is pay. It's pretty simple, really.
