Calls came from 815-964-7265, 815-964-5823, and 815-964-3087 Names left where from Kelly Sanders and Ms. Williamson. It was a call for Physcians Immdiate Care collection agency (or an agency that Physcians Care hires to collect bills. They stated I owed $758 for a bill - #1 I have insurance, #2. I have never had a medical bill that expensive only because I and my family are foutunate enough not to be that sick, and #2 I don't go to physcians care for promt service. I go to OSF for ALL of my service since I moved here 9 yrs ago. Kelly Sanders stated that I DO OWE THEM AND WOULD BE BEST FOR ME TO FESS UP AND PAY IF I WANT TO KEEP MY JOB AND HOME. - I said, Ok, hung up and called my states attony. office. She wasnt to bright because she called me at work where all of our calls are recorded and monitored. I work at a health care facility and we have collections here also, we have never talked to a customer that way and never will... and our customers owe 10 thousand and more! CPS is a rip off and a company that I will get SHUT DOWN!

I work in the medical field accounts receivable. There are people out there that think their insurance has paid a balance because for one reason or another have never gotten a bill for a specific balance. So it's not cut and dried nor simple. My suggestion is to follow up on the phone call and if you feel it's a scam, report the business to the better business bureau and/or the states attorney as one person said. If the person you call back treats you badly or refuses to send you any information on the balance they're trying to collection from you, that sends up a big red flag to me right away. If they can't send you any information on the balance then by all means, DON'T PAY THE BALANCE, and tell them this.

The call is from a collection agency from Physcian's Immediate Care. I didn't get upset with her because it was my fault. I moved and completely forgot about it. I asked if I could wait until my next payday and she said that was fine, she'll mark it down and call me back then. She seemed pretty nice to me. But then again they always sound nice when they don't have to drill you so much for payment. Lol! I admit they can get pretty ugly sometimes even when ur trying 2 fix things. But I have to agree with the other guy when he said that if we just pay the bill that is supposed to be paid, then things wouldn't get so nasty. ...and I also agree that there are exceptions to every rule and mistakes are made on there part. If they only realized that one of the reasons people don't like to answer the phone is because we know what we did or why their colling and are in the mists of fixing the problem. We don't need to be threatened and bullied just because they landed a job that allows them to vent their frusterations when they didn't get any the night before...Lol! ...just saying.

Hey moron? Did you EVER stop to think that maybe there are circumstances that prevent on time payment to the ORIGINAL creditor? Not everyone is avoiding paying their bills on purpose you idiot! I know cuz my husband and I have been in that situation before. We had a choice of paying our utilities or our car bill and with little ones at home we HAD to pay the utilities and unfortunatly there wasn't money left to pay the other bill without sacrificing the ONLY money we had left that was our FOOD money. Are you suggesting people like us go without food to pay a bill?? You MUST be daft in the head if you think yes on that. Stop to consider people's situations before you make idiotic assumptions like yours!

I dont think that ANY collection company has the right to harass a person with DAILY (sometimes SEVERAL DAILY) calls to collect a debt. As far as Im concerned thats harassment. We had one way back in 97 actually tell us dont pay your other bills, just pay us. I couldnt believe my ears! Some of these people don't even care if you CAN'T pay due to financial difficulties.
