Same thing, called, asked for the owner, told them that I screen his calls, her response "I understand you are just doing your job and so am I." I asked her a few times with what the call was in reference to and her response "business." That is a pretty general response and we are a service company, so "business" means nothing to me. I kindly asked her to remove our number from her list and she "said" she would. Now if they continue to call, I will start messing with them. Search the guy who started to indicate he was going to "bill the telemarketing company" for calling him. LOL! These people are doing their job, however, to do that properly, you need to respect the phone calls you make and the people asking to be removed from your lists.

Just received a call as well. ID said "Dry Basement". You'd have to blast through rock and caliche here to get a basement in West Texas. It's certainly not cost effective to do so. These people will NEVER get past me to talk to my boss... Unless I feel like toying with them, then I give my boss the call He's a cross between a rude Geraldo Rivera and Archie Bunker... SAME HERE! The only reason why she says our landline number 860-295-0111 has been randomly called so much, because it's listed as our business profile which invited their calls that I hated receiving such as 816-778-7560. I was also told that 816-778-7560 is not set up to receive calls, so now I should know to call 1-800-863-8660 or 816-627-9914!

Called regarding a 'business matter' but refused to give any further details. So I refused to intelligently answer any questions. That was fun!

Nicole is rude! Kept asking for owner, asked who was calling. I'm calling for the owner; I'm sorry I can't put you through until I know what company you are with and the reason for your call (I am the owner!). She asked if this is such and such business; I asked who is calling and the nature of the inquiry - she became annoyed and hung up. Blocked my number and called back - get a recording "this party isn't able to receive calls at this time". What good is the do not call registry? They don't stop any of the calls!

I stop everything in my very busy morning only for these pests to hang up in my ear!

Have received a few calls this week from (caller ID) AD PROS 1-816-778-7560 - the woman asked for the owner by his first name and when I ask t take a message she hangs up. Can't be a legitimate company if they won't leave a message!!
