Got a call on my Cell. as per usual, unless it's a local number , or in my address book, you get voicemail.

I have received several phone calls from this company. They keep on changing their phone number. I had a missed call the other day and I called them back and told them I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and FCC for scams, etc. In addition the previous time they called I requested that my # be taken off of their call list. I see what good that did.
I picked up. Am I going to get charged for this? I couldn't even ask to remove my name from their list because it was automatic. So annoying.
I've been receiving calls from this number everyday, all-day for about a week now... Telemarketing service.
They just rang my 11 year old son's cell phone (in my name). He doesn't give out his # to anyone.
