Daily calls & harassment when I owe them or anyone 0. Wtf?

I called and somebody answered with, "Hello." No company name given, hung up on me, did not answer when I called again. I left a message. Bill collection agency, but I don't owe anything.

Have no idea who called from 818-502-1981. Never answer Unknow numbers. Blocked this number

This number calls again and again - do not answer - have no idea who it is. How can I get them off my phone?

Calls everyday at 3:08pm.

Had two calls so far 2 days in a row.

these piece of [***] [***] call me goddamned morning, noon and night. my only defense.. call them back and give them a verbal lashing 30+ times a day. tie up THEIR phone lines as much as they call me. I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN CALIFORNIA and these retards keep calling me about some lady who owes them money -- WELL IT'S NOT ME..so they're doing nothing but harassing me and in accordance with the new credit act, i'm going full-force and filing a wrongful suit against them. i have HAD IT with this ignorant [***].
