Froylan asked my mother and I to come into his office for a loan modification consultation. During the meeting he kept pressuring us that if we did not do a short sale with him that the banks would come and garnish all of our wages, including myself and my childrens. Froy uses very Tricky tactics. You should definitely consult with a trusted R. E. attorney before moving forward with any short sale.
Froy Candelario is a Master Manipulator who has lost all sense of reality. He has zero conscience. Be especially careful if you are a female because he especially preys on you and will use you and just move to his next victim.
This person is FRIGHTENING. I refused to connect the call to my boss - I'm my boss's gatekeeper and "Froy" became nasty and abusive. If he knows my boss so well, he would know me too - you idiot! He lies about why he was kicked out of the mike ferry organization. Froy tells everyone mikes wife was jealous that he was getting too much attention at the seminar and that he should be banned. The truth is he was banned because mike found out he was a liar.

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.
left voice mail with 2 phone numbers on was 240-374-4607 and the other 877 (garbled)

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
