I recieved a txt message from a man he said his name is Charlie Jones Sr. Loan Officer and that I was approved for a 5000.00 loan. I answered the txt asking if I was positively getting this loan. He replied "yes" and that I needed to call him today (11/20/2017). When I called I asked how much the monthly payments would be, he told me 151.00. I said I could not afford a payment like that. He then wanted to know where I banked at. When I asked why he wanted to know, he said they wanted to help me and asked again where I banked at. He really pushed the issue of finding out where I did my banking. I ended the call with "I cannot afford a big payment", the conversation was ended. I then sent a txt message telling him I think he is trying to fraud money from people and that I was reporting his number so other people don't try getting a loan through him and have not recieved a response as of yet. He is a foreigner and has a foreign accent. I truely believe this is fraud. There was no company name just his name claiming to be the Sr Loan Officer.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
