at first i was upset,always getting calls from someone wanting to sell something,when i finaly answered the call to tell them to buzz off,i found out that a injury that i had at work had not been fully paid by workmans comp,the lady i talked with was very helpful,she called the doc and the workman comp people and had it settled in two days,to be honest i didnt even know i had the bill,never got a letter from the doc.

Tonya wasnt rude to me, just not very specific on what she wants. Is this a scam or is she a bill collector, do I call back or blow it off. She said she spoke with my attorney and I dont have one.

I receieved 3 phone with in a half hour of each other today while I was asleep. When I woke up I tired to return the call to find out who it was becuase all the Voicemail sadi was "This is Tonya, please have you attorney call us back". When I called back she wanted me to give out all of my personal information. When I said that I would not becuase they have it since they have already been calling me today, she woul dhave the shireff handle the matter.

Tonya Eggers had called me didnt say what company she was working for I found out by doing research online. This Mrs Eggers lady was so Rude that I filed a complaint with the BBB. She told me that I owed this amount of money which wasnt much but alot for me because I dont work alot of hours and I had asked her if i could set up a payment plan. She told me no and to see if I could borrow the money from someone. So I spoke with a family member and they told me to request from her proof. So I called her back and asked her for proof and she told me no should wouldnt send anything and said that she had sent many before and that she had called which I dont have any record of her doing either one. She also said she called my work which is a lie because i spoke with them and they said no one had called. She then told me when I had asked her for proof like i said she had said no and i told her she couldnt do that it was the law. She then said to me not to preach the law to her and then laughed at me and said she was sending it to the shireffs department and that shed see me in court and then hung up. She had no right doing what she did. I was willing to pay I just needed to set up a payment plan.
