This appears to be a caller from The Independent Bankers Bank (TIB). They called me about my card payment being overdue (which it was). Only asked for my name and address and knew my balance and due date. I think they were legit as I never let my card payments lapse and accidentally missed one.

This person named Paul called two days in a row on a company credit card he claims is past due. Contacted the bank directly and they assured the card is not past due and has a total of $0 owing. Paul implied that he was a representative of the bank that issued our card and did know the last four digits of the card. This stinks to the high heaven of a scam, so I would warn anyone receiving a call from this number to divulge no personal information to this person. I called the number back and it went to an automated system from "Card Services" (very generic name that also makes me quite suspicious) and when I entered Paul's extension it went to his voice mail. As I said before, I sincerely believe this is a SCAM so please avoid giving any info to them!

same guy Paul called but we were closed. left information to call him back. decided to google number and landed on this site. has to be a scam as we don't have a past due on anything.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
