I just got a text from this number with a Bible verse (Matthew 6.33 - Authorised King James Version). Ironically, I am a minister and was working on a sermon (not on the same passage, wouldn't that have been something?). This text message totally derailed my train of thought. It could have been a cult, it might have been someone who saw my number on a denominational directory, or it could have been a very strange attempt to spread the Gospel (spam evangelism?) I commend the verse to you but will still block this caller.

Started receiving texts from this number- texted back asking who it was and got no answer back. I actually enjoy having a random scripture message sent- however in this day and age I worry it’s someone trying to hack me—so I guess I’ll have to block the number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
