Received call and then hung up; tried to call back and get voice mail not set up message; definitely appears to be some scammer; may be trying to find out working numbers through random dialing which then may be used for some malicious purpose later; also possible that your number may be sold to another number which will be different and then call you later so beware of unknown numbers; make sure to not open any texts, and best to disable auto retrieval of multimedia messages on your phone to prevent potential viruses, worms, etc., from automatically downloading; worked in IT security and seen such, take care

Number called me, I missed the call. Phone service would not allow me to return the call. Called from another number and the message instantly stated this phone does not have a VM set up yet. Obvious scammer!
