Definitely spam block and they still leave you messages! I called them and harassed them back jackasses using visa fraud Department as their identity and trying to scam you!!!
I get this call almost every day. They say they are from visa fraud department -my Bank of America card has a problem. I do not even have a Bank of America card ! total scammers

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
