Answered and heard an automated voice claiming that my husbands ss# had been suspended and to press 1 but he hung up. He got this same call several times from different numbers. I don't understand as to why if you buy a trial membership and yet it still yields no information They advertise like they can find all numbers, landline or cell and those that use the spoofing technique!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
