Called us today (10/30/19) said they got a report that our computer had a lot of "errors", they said they could clean them out and led us to a page on our computer that showed over 3000 "errors" and said that they would clean them out. Well long story short, they said that it would cost $299.00 we said we cant afford it, they said no problem and went into our pay pal account and preceded to take out a loan for us and that's when we stopped them, and told them no thanks, and got off the phone with them. Well they kept controlling our computer after we hung up, tried calling them back, but could not get anyone to answer. We had to shut our computer down and change passwords.
