I received the same call from a Annie Lee saying " We are looking for a smaller general contractor in my area if we could handle the extra work, or knew someone who could to give her a call back" This sounds very shady to me.

I went through with the "exclusive dealership". I even spent thousands of dollars sending 4 employees to their training seminar in South Carolina. The facts are:1. They are a legitimate steel building manufacturer HOWEVER!;2. They promise the world in exchange for your investment but provide no support;3. You are NOT an exclusive dealership. They would sell a dealership to any rube that shells out the money, including your next door neighbour;4. Despite their pitch about quality, many of their competitors provide the same or better quality with better service and pricing.Overall....useless waste of money. DO NOT fall for this pitch. I will stop short of calling it a scam, but certainly walks the line....

I purchased a dealership from Sunward Group owned by Danton Wirth. I hate to say it but I did not do my research and paid over $12,000 for a premium dealership to sell the company's buildings. I am not sure how this company can remain in good standing with the Better Business Bureau but hearing all the negatives from it's own sales people and the dishonesty of the owner, do not buy a dealership from Sunward, Rockford, Marvel King, Utility King Gold Seal or any other name they have to use to hide their business downfalls. Managment and the owner will tell you what you want to hear and very little of what they say holds any truth. I have yet to sell a steel building regardless of the economy. The company will tell you they have a need for a dealer in your area with customers needing to purchase buildings. It is an absolute lie.Do your homework or just do not make the mistake I made and keep your money!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this company on Jan 12. Clearly a telemarketing farm because the caller that left a vmail was not exactly a great communicator and there were dozens of voices in the background on other calls. This person also left an obscure message from blah-blah Group, (could not understand them) about "contractors" and they would like to get in touch with me about projects they are working. It was Helena at an extension number. When calling the 843 number, they are closed and your call is being recorded. Nonsense.

The company is a scam and provides mediocre steel buildings. The company went to a 4 day work week because they are hurting financially and will promise the moon to you and none of what they say is true.Nebraska Contractor

my secretary told me this number called today, figured i would look it up before i called back, Wonder what kind of scam they are trying to run. Same name, Helena.

This company Sunward is fraudulent and use unethical tactics to get your money. People on here speaking highly of the company are part of Wirth family or hired employeees.BEWARE they want your money !!!

This number called today leaving a message on VM. Her name was Patsy and was calling from the Sunward Group (?) Looking for someone to do some contracting work. Glad I researched before calling!
