I have talked to SCFCU, made arrangements and they still harass me. They called me 4 times with 2.5 hours because the employee that I talked to the week before did not note my account correctly.

They call me almost everyday at around 6 pm. Is an automated message asking me to verify my account and call them back to this number. I've called the bank and the lady told me there's not much they can do. I've blocked the number and they are still calling me and leaving me voice messages.

Well now over ten years ago we got rid of a Winnebago that would have been repossessed. I informed the bank of this and told them we had a buyer. They talked to the buyer agreed on the price which was almost the balance owed on our loan. Here is the kicker once he wired the money to them they sent me the title which got transferred to the buyer. So win win right? They got a 10k profit on our loan and didn't have the hassle of a repossession. Wrong for some reason these clowns sent me a paper to sign wanting the for a minuscule amount almost a year after the deal was done. Some bean counter didn't do what they were supposed to do They think for some reason they are owed the interest on this imaginary amount of money. I ignored them then and every tax season they try to call to harass. I cannot put them down as debt collector as there is NO DEBT OWED
