I to am on the do not call list and I started receiving calls shortly after singing up on the do not call list, I believe telemarketers are using the do not call list as there list of people to call. People how sign up for the do not call list need to enter there current phone number, so these numbers are current for the slime ball telemarketers!

I'm on a No call list. Doesn't seem to mean much

Political Survey and get two day cruise for 2. /facepalm I am on the Do not call list, I guess becuase it is a "Political" the do not call list doesn't apply. Hung up after i realized it was a stupid survey can't say whether or not it is a scam or not but. It is REALLY REALLY annoying, I normally don't answer unknown numbers, not quite sure why i did this time.

What is the point of having a Do not Call registry when you still get calls? I have a very elderly mother who gets calls all the time from these kind of calls and I've put both her and I on the DO NOT call list numerous times., In fact the list/ registry says you only have to put your name on the list one time, but I've had to re in put the data because the calls slow and then stop for awhile and then BOOM!! Calls start coming in again,. Who runs that dumb list anyway? I thought it was a Government ORG. oh well that kind of explains why is doesn't work. *disgruntled face*

My father spoke to the guy. Took the survey then got transferred allegedly to a Caribbean Cruise representative who said that they would offer a free cruise to the bahamas from florida for two people to be booked within the next 18 months. They wanted to get credit card info first to charge taxes amounting to $118 and they would send the package by mail.I don't know if this is a scam or not.. but we were offered no proof that the representative was actually from the cruise company.Scam Alert

I just got an unwanted call from the # 1-843-619-7688. I did not answer it, but have to wonder just how effective is the Do Not Call list, which I have registered both my cell phone and home phone. Why am I getting these calls? I got 2 calls on my home phone last night from "Unknown Caller."

I'm on the do not call list too!! They just called.... no message..
