I just got call too from same number. My cell phone provider is T-mobile. I'm on the do-not call list. So who is selling my phone number to marketing companies? Why T-mobile is not having spam filter when it is clear that this is scam? Since this is a scam what is police doing about this? Does anybody doing its job?
I got the same call - it was in Spanish and it said - my calls were being forwarded - then it hung up - now my daugther is saying that she is getting calls with my number showing up (and they are prank calls - recorded prank calls) I hope this had nothing to do with this 843-977-2121 number... (calling my carrier right now - hoping to reject these calls)

OMG I HAD THAT # JUST CALL ME ALSO WHAT THE HELL, I DID NOT ANSWER AND YES WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WAS JUST BUSY.......
It called, let it ring about one or two times then hung up. It did this over and over and when I was finally able to answer there was no one there. Tried calling back and it was busy.
