I got a call from this number on my cellphone. It was rapid fire Spanish and poor quality. By the time I figured out what garbled language it was, it hung up on me.

Oddly, the first time it came in, on my phone it showed up as an international number: +84 29 77 21 21. I was actually expecting an international call but not from that country code (Vietnam), so I didn't answer. Given the sheer weirdness of that, I saved the number in my phone. The second time it came in, it showed up as (843) 977 2121, but my phone didn't recognize it as the same number. So something's weird right there.The second time they called, I got the partial voicemail, Spanish.

I missed the call on my cell phone and when I tried calling back got a busy signal - then I looked upthe number and got this web site. I have received several calls over the weekend and when I answeredthere was an open line but no one there - will check my home line to see if there is a charge from them.

I got the same exact message when i called back! Is this some kind of joke?

Lesser cell phone carriers run this scam to increase your charges. Robo calls run up you bill, then the cell phone carrier refuses to credit the charges. Neat.But of course, if you are a large corporation, nobody prosecutes.

I got it 30 minutes after I switched to Verizon. Never had a garbage call before that.

Wow just got this number on my cell and googled it...and here I am. Didn't answer it because I'm at work.
