Yes there are people who work for AMWAY GLOBAL. A friend of mine works for them. They're a high intensity (home visiting) sales type of job.
I, too, received a call from this number. I use AT&T as my carrier, I'm wondering if they got ahold of a list of AT&T phone numbers. Just a huntch, don't know what service you all use. BTW I did not answer it either, but I tried to call it back and the line is busy.

Just called on home phone. A female voice started talking in Spanish and then they hung up. Did they expect me to understand the call?

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
