Ordered from Ticket Master and two days later this place charged my card for almost the exact amount. How are they getting the information when people order??? This sucks for ordering on-line at a reputable place like Ticket Master! 844-223-5661 appeared on my statement and I am disputing charge.

I ordered 6 tickets for a baseball AA, and once I received the tickets were $9.00 each and my cards waas charge $160.55. This was six tickets I'm looking to get my full refund, this is robbery. How many others that been had from this company.

I bought concert tickets and I asked if this was in Canadian currency , I was told yes. When I received my credit card bill it showed 566.30 USD and indeed I was charged 765.78 CAD. I did end up talking to some manager at 844-806-1798 and they basically said I agreed to the final sale and try to shut me up with a refund of 40. USD as a courtesy.

I ordered 4 ticket for PBR in Vegas tickets were suppose to be $63.00 each and 4 were ordered but when email was received charge was for $253.00 each and a service charge of 293.48 shipping charge of $14.95. Total charge was $1,320.43. I was out raged at this and disputed with credit card company in which I received letter stating all sales final from Ticket Fulfillment Service and charge was re-applied to card. Now I am reading that they do not email tickets and they will be at will call. Other complaints that when you go to pick up tickets at will call there are none! I am sending letter to credit card company to further investigate complaint and re-credit my account. This is OUTRAGEOUS! Buyer BeWare.

I ordered two tickets to the Jamey Johnson concert in Huntsville, Alabama on November 10, 2016. My bank statement shows $154.95 withdrawal from Ticket Fulfillment on October 3, 2016. I NEVER HAVE RECIEVED MY TWO TICKETS. The number listed by Ticket Fulfillment is 844-223-5661. I have read this is a fraudulent company and takes consumers' money without providing any type of service. Who do I contact about getting my money back from Ticket Fulfillment?

I actually called them after being nervous because I bought tickets and never got a conformation. I tried to talk to someone from the already purchased and got lost in the loop. So I called back and pressed 1 to buy new tickets and explained my situation. Turns out my confirmation and the tickets were in my spam box. I did double check with the Minneapolis Theater and my tickets are legit.
