Anytime they answer and you ask any question other then about the service they hang up.
They called from this number to tell me my SSN # and Driver licences # where used in an illegal transaction. When I tried to call them back they did not talk to me they hung up. My phone has a message that all scammer will be reported to the FTC and FCC. Then I blocked them because I really wanted to tell them where to get off the bus, Scamming is wrong. Do not answer your phone when this number rings.
