I've been called twice by this number. 1st time, I went to GNCU to ask if is ligit. Teller said it was, except the phone didn't match the one on her list by 1 of the digits. We called it and they asked too many questions so I ended the call.The 2nd time (just now) I returned the call. Their computer could not find my phone number in their records (remember they called me) so it passed me to a human. She asked for case number, last name and zip, and then phone number. Each time could not find me. I told her that was the all the info I was giving her. She referred me to call Customer Service at the phone number on back of my card. Call ended with me very unsure if they are ligit.

This is a legitimate affiliate of GNCU. I just called them, after receiving an automated message. GNCU verified, it's their fraud alert dept.

Scammers are known to spoof legitimate numbers, so always best to call the number on the back of your card or the number on your bank's website to be safe.

Scam, left a message stating they're from GNCU but they called after hours both times. The latest one was late in the evening. They sounded legitimate enough that I reviewed the fraud alert options with this institution; GNCU has an option to have ALL fraud alerts also emailed and no notifications are there.
