Microsoft Support calling to give me a "refund" for technical support that I supposedly purchased a few months ago. This has to be a scam since I haven't used Microsoft's crappy products ever since I switched to GNU+Linux in 2009.

Robocall on 7-29-19, I didn't answer, they left message, I couldn't understand he name of the company, it was unclear, but it was going out of business and they wanted to give me a refund and requested I phone them at the above number, I did not respond.
Unnamed company is going out of business and they want to refund my money to my CC. They just need me to “verify “ the number, name on the card, expiration date and security code off the back. Scam, pure and simple.
robocall on 7/29/19 - didn't answer, left msg about Microsoft refund after I paid for computer repair few months ago ( a lie).

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
