Called @ 0342 and claimed that they were collecting debts for the IRS. They said I should have received a notice in the mail with my debt amount and a number that is used in place of my social, but to safeguard it as if it were. They gave me the option to move forward and give them the first 5 of my social or wait for the letter.
Said she was from conserve collecting on a tax debt for the IRS. I laughed hung up and blocked the number.

There's a call from this number every time I open my phone. I just delete but it's very annoying. Will try to add my cell number to the Do Not Call List. Fingers crossed that works.
