I got the exact call and the woman left the exact same message. They're getting really clever.

Wow -- Rachel sure has a lot of phone numbers in different places. I got the same message you all have mentioned -- the pre approved $250,000, what our plans were for the upcoming quarter, wants to talk about rates and terms, etc. Caller ID gave: 410-267-4170. On 800notes, it says the 410 phone is a scam too. Sheesh!
It is just a spam dialer. It isn't really a person named Rachel or Jen. That is why it goes straight to voicemail. Probably calls you from a local number but the callback she will say will be 844 655 XXX or some garbage.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
