This # called me stating I need to call back concerning an order but they don't say who they are!

They fill a once a month, four unit prefilled pen, prescription for me. As soon as I receive the prescription at $49.99, they begin calling me the very next week to refill my prescription. You can call and tell the people to put your prescription on hold. Then when you need it you call them and have them take it off hold. It will take 24-48hours to get off hold then you'll get a call from them again saying you have a prescription ready to fill. It's a hassle but unfortunately that's the only company my insurance uses for the prescription I have.

Accredo can send text if you don't like the phone calls.

This is not a scammer phone number, but Accredo Pharmacy which is affiliated currently with Express Scripts to handle some specialized prescriptions. They should not be calling you unless you are a patient with one of those prescriptions that your doctor has ordered. They are very, very persistent in calling, so if you don't have any prescriptions with them or an affiliated pharmacy for Pete's sake let them know. There are bill collectors who are less persistent than this pharmacy which suggests the specialized prescription business is very profitable. Your health or pharmacy insurance winds up paying for all those calls whether or not you answer.
