You should call back and complain about not identifying even the company name, but the company is Accredo and it handles specialty prescriptions for some other pharmacies, currently for Express Scripts at least. If you don't call back they will keep calling and you won't get the prescription your doctor ordered. Make darned sure though with the prescriptions it carries that you have adequate health and/or prescription insurance or are independently wealthy.

I agree with the annoying but they use the phone number either your doctor or you gave them. They call because many of the prescriptions they carry are both expensive ones and taken with a weeks apart frequency and patients tend to forget much sooner than that unless they are very organized about when the next dose is due.

It is Accredo Specialty Pharmacy; they are probably looking to confirm your order and get shipping info.

For those of you who have received a call from this number I can tell you it's the Accredo Pharmacy, trying to fill a prescription you have on file and it's time to refill. It's a computer generated reminder to call them and reorder a prescription.
