I called the number back. It is for Walmart Rewards Mastercard. They also use a different phone number (289) 505-9676 which upon checking is a number registered under Fibernetics Corp., supposedly an internet company, a number which scammers use for CRA scams.

called twice, no message left. I added the number to Bell's call screening system but they were still able to get through.
this number calls me multiple times a day. No message left. But it is usually very close after the Walmart credit card collections calls (I do not have a Walmart card at all so idk what's up with that). Suspecting it's a second line for them.
Also received call this morning, No message left.I think this is Walmart card payment collection number.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
