I called and gave them a bunch of false information it seemed as if they were doing a web search on the numbers and addresses I was giving them. They disclosed multiple people's names to me to see if they sounded familiar. This didn't seem professional at all. Being that if you call any membership hotline and you don't have any membership information, i.e. Card number, membership id number, correct phone number, correct address, they won't even be able to service you.Please do not give any sensitive information out To these strangers.
Total scam from someone either portraying Planet Fitness, or the company is trying to get over. I called the number in the text message, and they stated the $40+ fees were credited back to my account, and $40+will be taken out of my acct today. First of all there is no $40 planet fitness memberships and second my acct isn't due until the end of the month. I'm current, so this is BS. I sent a text STOP, and it better stop. I will stop into my local PF to let them know what's going on. This didn't start until I downloaded the PF app.
I received a text from 32953 stating I had signed up for Planet Fitness Alerts. So, I stupidly texted "STOP" since I am an actual Planet Fitness member. I get a reply with "You have been unsubscribed..." but moments later I get another text stating there is a problem with my billing info and to call 844-752-6348 or click the link. I Googled the number and found this site. Pretty sure scam since people who are not members are getting the same message.
block the number it isn't Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness Bangor Maine is now aware of this and will be reaching out to headquarters to see if they can put a stop to it.
Same message about problem with my billing. I have my bank account and cc on file with planet fitness.
Annoying because I am an actual planet fitness customer and my payment is not past due but every single month I get this call and I get repeated text telling me that my payment didn't go through when it clearly did and no one at the actual club ever says anything. I'm about to block this number

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
