So I called the number/extension that "Todd" left and dialed the extension and actually got in contact with a person. Here is how the conversation went:Me: Hello?Girl on other end: Hi who's calling?Me: I'm calling about the free car I supposedly won, is that a scam?Girl: Nope! If you received that call you were one of our top pulled entries and won the prize. I'm going to need some info to validate your entry real quick is that alright?Me: SureGirl: What is your first/last name so I can look it up?Me: It's ****** ********* (my name, don't want to write it obviously)Girl: Alright and --Me: Before I give a bunch more information is there any way you can show or prove to me that this is legit?*pause**hangup noise*Even if you are lucky and reach someone on the other end, it's a scam regardless.

yup. todd. suv. a bunch of bs. i'm getting more and more calls like this on a daily basis. one afternoon i answered one of these scam calls, the guy saying he was from microsoft in a very thick accent. i told him i was an officer with the federal trade commission and that this number was on the registered do not call list and that he was violating federal law by calling my number. his reply: "so what." when are the phone companies going to do something to stop this kind of bs?

I WON A NEW CAR!!! This is so great, I needed one so bad! What perfect timing! Now I can get a job and help pay some bills now that I will have a reliable car! Oh I can't wait! I can start paying some of the bills my boyfriend has been paying and not have to live paycheck to paycheck! I am so happy I can't stop crying!No, I know it is a scam. You know, I wonder, if they could see the joy on peoples faces when they think they won something that could help in so many ways (car, money, etc.) turn to crushed devastation when they realize it's a lie, would they keep doing it? I know, no one ever wins money or a car, but just for one tiny second they think, "OMG, this will help us so much!" followed by heartbreak, made worse because for a tiny second they believed. We DO need a car, and stuff like this really rubs salt in the wounds. Classless scum.

Called my cell phone, no message left, and I did not answer.

Didn't answer never answer shut off my answering machine let it ring them they can't sell my number as an active number I Verify the number on google if it's not a known legit number then I win they lose stop the madness don't give them fuel shut off your machine don't answer they'll stop

same message Todd called to say i was a winner of car and/or money... I deleted the message and updated my number on the donotcalllist..
