These are, coming to my cell from Dominican Republic, Ontario, CA, Seattle, Mobile, Al, somewhere in VA, Galveston, TX. My cell is on the Do Not Call registry, but it makes no difference. I have reported them over and over, but it's apparently a waste of time. When you select #1 to hear about their great offer, any attempt to get your number removed gets you a nice hang-up in your ear. I've uploaded an Android app called Calls Blacklist. Easy to add the numbers immediately from your call log, and wait for them to come up with a new number.
Just got my call from 849-963-4854. I never answer when caller says "unknown name".....this and card services is a scam.....I think the telephone company has some duty to stop these calls. it won't happen I know.

Scam. An attempt to get bank account information and then a request to transfer money to the scammer's account.
I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
