I'm not just talking about the callers. I'm talking about the people who answer unknown numbers! You're pathetic idiots. Don't answer! If you don't have an answering machine, get one! Preferably one with caller ID. Imagine where these dweebs would be if no one answered their calls? That's how we all can stop this! New campaign time..."Just don't answer"!
Called 2 times today and it was a message to lower your credit card interest rate and I listened and waited for to option to opt out and there is none. They waited for me to push 1 and when I didn't they hung up.
Filing complaints with the FTC is absolutely a waste of MY time. I just don't answer and put the number into my Galaxy's reject list. If our useless government really wanted to stop this, all the computing power over at the NSA could be harnessed to track these [***] down, but our government is more interested in the personal life of the chancellor of Germany. If the NSA can track all of the metadata from my phone, I'm sure they could do the same against these guys and put them out of business.
