I get a number of these calls from all over the country, everything from my Apple iCloud has been hacked to I owe the IRS money! Just don’t answer these calls from callers you don’t recognize. If it’s someone you know, they most likely will leave a message. If you owe the IRS money or you’re getting a subpoena or court summons, you will get a visit to your house, not your phone! AT&T needs to do something more to prevent this cr..p. It’s so bad I keep my phone on vibrate only. Another trick I’ve used is to hit “can I text you later” when the call comes in. Sometimes I get a text from someone who is in my area asking “ who is this?” I reply with your number is being used by scammers. My Husband actually got a call on his iPhone from his own telephone number ! Now that’s pretty bad!

SAME AS ALL ABOVE GOT 3 CALLS IN A ROW, I CALLED BACK AND GUY SAID SAME THAT HE WILL SERVE ME AT HME OR WORK HAD MY HOME ADDRESS AND I ASKED TO BE RMOVED FROM CALLES HE ADVISED THAT HE CAN TELL THE ATTORNEY BUT I WILL STILL BE SERVED AND TO HAVE TWO IDS AVALIBLE AND A MANEGER TO WITTNESS.
Bogus scammers claiming they are going to serve you with a summons and pending law suits ! be aware and know they are dirt bags and the lowest of the low. report them to your local police and press charges if they call more than twice.

Somebody call 6 times in 2 minutes and return the call and question u call and no response ,i call back 5 times same history..!
Caller claiming to have legal summons for you. Careful they have your information. Do not volunteer anything. This is a scam. If you hit 1 for more info you will notice the number will ring through with an international ring tone. No one would call you before serving you to warn you

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
