Also received this message about a safety issue with Honda vehicle. I have 2 extra things to add to the other notes. 1) at no point do they say the nature of the problem, which would be the case were it legit and 2) there isn't a location attached to area code 855 it is used for toll free calls in Canada & US however the receiver is charged for the call.
Just got the robo call. So I called them back, and they didn't know which Honda I owned. Strange, right? Especially since they are supposedly Honda! After a few questions which the guy couldn't answer, he started to ask me for personal info and the car's VIN! This is totally a scam. Stay away. Give no information about anything.
I received a voicemail from this number. It my Honda had a safety recall. I called the number. I was asked what was my phone number. The person put me on hold came back and verified my number. He stated I was contacted by mistake. I did not provide any information to the caller.
The caller left a message that my car was subject to a recall and to call back immediately. I called the dealer instead and they knew nothing about it. I then contacted the Honda recall center and the same story. While I'm not sure what they would do with my VIN, it is obviously a scam of some sort.
Same as everyone else here. I did pick up but just listened on mute. Heard silence for a short time and then it disconnected. What some of you said is true: Honda recall notices are sent through US Mail first, a letter or postcard asking us to call back. Furthermore, my car doesn't even have side air bags. And finally, I called my landline carrier, and they said these scammers can't attach a third-party charge to my bill, that it won't happen.

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
