Very rude lady asking to talk to the owner. I asked what the call was in regard to. She said I need to speak to who is in charge of your printing supplies. I asked how may I help you? Simply repeated over again need to speak with person in charge of printing supplies. I asked what the nature of the call was at which point she hung up. Why when we are on do-not-call lists do these calls still come through?

Same as everyone else. I hung up once I heard printing supplies.

Got a call from a lady on the line of one of our other branches that gets bounced to my phone. She was asking for whoever was in charge of purchasing our printing supplies. I told her I wasn't sure since she was trying to reach a different branch & she hung up before I could give her a good number for that branch. We also got a call this morning from someone asking for our printer model number. Possibly related.

Do not bother listening to their BS, lies and scam. Lift receiver and hang it up! They are a shady company, with no website! Their smooth talking liars will that will tell you it's a "free trial" for 30 days and that their toner has double the amount of other companies--both which are untrue. Fast forward 30 days, collections will be calling you because you didn't pay for your "free trial" or return the product @a 20% restock charge! Next you will be called again to fulfill your supposed commitment of MORE of their junk toners at further jacked up prices. Many people have ended up with destroyed printers from the garbage, NON-OEM, refilled toners.

print supplies that's a new one usually they send a fax with close-outs and deals. I have twoprinters and paid cash since I don't want any follow-ups or pop-ups. I now try to send just aboutall paperwork via e-mail or PDF. The store kept asking for my name/address to send e-mails for great deals. No way. I don't trust anyone.

Kelly's Printing Supplies is at it again, along with every other scam toner outfit out there. I have received so many calls regarding our printer model # this week, I have started hanging up on them as soon as they mention it.

These places will call and ask for your copier/printer models and send you supplies without your permission. They dog you to death about paying the invoice. It has happened to me before. Now when they call and are done with their spiel, I will usually say "are you asking for this information so that you can send me supplies that I didn't ask for?" Click. Bye bye. Don't give them any information.
