says collecting for hsbc "capitol one" for unpaid charges. says owe $860 hung up when I said included in bankruptcy, called back 5 times took it to my lawyer and they told him they were going to sue me and and he had not provided bar number, he began to give them bar number and she said you don't need to and hung up on him.
