J ai utilise les services de téléphone résidentiel et internet de bell durant quelques mois. J au toujours paye mes factures a chaque mois. Il m est arrive de payer une facture de 2011 sur une vielle facture de 2010 par erreur. bell a encaisse cette somme avec ces deux factures. Depuis que j ai quitté Bell un etudiant qui occupe temporairement mon condo a Montreal reçoit des appels téléphoniques incessants des employés de bell, des lettres me réclamant le paiement de facture deja payee. Egalement je recois des lettres de menace d une agence de recouvrement...j aimerai savoir s il y a une action legale au Quebec contre Bell Canada afin que je puisse y participer...( Class legal action ). Les plaintes envoyees au CRTC a Ottawa restent sans reponse. Existe t il une agence d aide aux consommateurs au Quebec ou Canada qui pourrait aider les anciens clients de Bell Canada..? Si vous en connaissez je vous serais tres reconnaissant de m en faire part. Actuellement je suis avec les troupes candiennes en Afganistan mais je recois mon courrier en retard....merci pour m avoir lu et pour une reponse.
