For filling out a survey I was to receive a "free" gift after paying only shipping. It was supposedly a $500 handbag. It was a cheap plastic crossbody that was probably worth about $5. Maybe a month later I get $98.81 withdrawn from my bank account. It shows up as watchours with this phone number. When I called to inquire about the debit I find out it's this survey deal and she says I went past the trial time hence the charge. Not sure how you go past the trial time on a survey. It was very difficult to get this woman to cancel my account. What a scam!!!!
HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY TO GET THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY THAT IS BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY BANKING ACCOUNT. IM DISABLED AND DRAW A GOVERNMENT CHECK.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
